Product Description:


Low wear alumina grinding balls focus on cost control and are suitable for continuous grinding industries such as cement and chemical. Features:

Stable wear value ≤ 0.05% (0.03% for some models), using high-purity alumina and composite additive formula, through bi-directional pressure molding (density ≥ 3.5g/cm ³) and gradient sintering, with a surface hardness of HV1200 or above. Grinding cement raw materials for 30 days, the wear rate is only 0.04%, and the amount of debris decreases from 0.5% of ordinary balls to 0.02%. ​
